Terms of sale

Last updated: September 28, 2026. Courtesy translation, the French version prevails.

1. Seller

The seller is Louca (0xLoucash), Sole trader — French micro-entreprise (micro-BNC scheme), subject to VAT. Contact: [email protected]. Full details about the seller are in the site's legal notice.

2. Purpose

These terms govern the sale of the "One hour strategy consultation": a one hour video call with Louca, dedicated to analysing your processes and identifying relevant AI automations, concluded with actionable recommendations.

They apply to any booking made on 0xloucash.com or rdv.installclaw.io, whether by a business or a consumer. They are made available to the client before booking, and booking means accepting them.

3. Price and payment

The price is 199 € including 20% French VAT, payable in full at booking time by card through Stripe's secure platform. The booking is confirmed once payment is validated: the chosen slot is then reserved, and an invoice is available on request at [email protected].

4. The session

The consultation takes place over Google Meet. The link is included in the confirmation email and calendar invite sent upon payment; a confirmation SMS and a reminder SMS about four hours before the session are also sent to the provided number.

The client agrees to join on time with the relevant information at hand (current tools, questions to settle). Late arrival counts against the session time; after 20 minutes of unannounced absence, the session is deemed delivered.

5. Rescheduling and cancellation

The slot can be moved free of charge up to 24 hours before the session by writing to [email protected]. Within 24 hours of the session, or in case of no-show, the session can be neither rescheduled nor refunded.

Should the publisher cancel or move the session, the client may choose between a new slot and a full refund.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have fourteen days from payment to withdraw, without giving any reason.

To do so, they send the model form in the appendix, or any other unambiguous statement, to [email protected] before the period ends. The refund is made within fourteen days of receiving the request, using the same payment method.

By booking a slot that takes place before this period expires, the client expressly requests early performance of the service; once the consultation has been fully delivered, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised (article L221-28). The rescheduling policy of section 5 applies without prejudice to this right.

7. Nature of the advice

The consultation provides recommendations based on the information supplied by the client. It is neither an exhaustive audit nor legal, accounting or financial advice, and no specific economic outcome is guaranteed: implementing the recommendations remains the client's sole decision.

Exchanges and documents shared during the session remain confidential on both sides.

8. Legal guarantees

The automations, installation plans and documents provided after the consultation are digital content. Consumers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code: for a lack of conformity appearing within two years of supply, they can obtain that it be brought into conformity, or failing that a price reduction or termination of the contract.

This legal guarantee applies free of charge and independently of any commercial guarantee; the publisher offers none on top of it.

9. Complaints

Any complaint is sent in writing to [email protected], stating the date of the consultation and the subject of the request.

10. Mediation and disputes

In accordance with articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator, after first trying to settle the dispute through a written complaint.

These terms are governed by French law. For disputes with businesses, jurisdiction lies with the courts of the publisher's place of business.

Terms of use

Last updated: September 28, 2026. Courtesy translation, the French version prevails.

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of gratos.app, the library of free and open source alternatives, and of its “Suggest an alternative” space, where anyone can suggest a tool and vote. Using this space means accepting these terms.

2. Access and sign up

The library is open to all, with no account. To suggest or vote, you confirm your email address with a 6 digit code sent by email; this browser then recognises you for one year. Signing up is free.

3. Rules of use

You suggest software that is genuinely open source, with the link to its official repository. Forbidden: illegal, misleading or abusive content, disguised advertising, links to malicious software, and any attempt to rig the votes (multiple accounts, automated votes). Each person votes once per suggestion.

4. Publication and removal

Suggestions are published immediately, under their author's responsibility. The publisher may remove at any time a suggestion or a vote that breaks these rules, and suspend the account concerned.

5. Your account

You can ask for your account to be deleted at any time by writing to [email protected]; your suggestions then stay published, with no link to you. The session cookie expires after one year; you can also clear it at any time in your browser settings.

6. Intellectual property

The site's copy, cards, reviews, visuals and code belong to the publisher unless stated otherwise; the logos and screenshots of the software shown belong to their authors.

By publishing a suggestion, you allow the publisher to display it on gratos.app and to use it to enrich the library, free of charge and for as long as it is published, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

7. Using the library

Cards, recorded prices, reviews and installation prompts are provided for information, as is, as of their update date. The software shown belongs to its publishers, who set their own licences and terms: check them before using it, especially for commercial use.

Installing and using software, including with a prompt copied from the site, is your own responsibility: the publisher cannot be held liable for how third party software works or for the consequences of installing it, to the extent permitted by law.

8. Availability

The publisher does its best to keep the site available and up to date, without being able to guarantee it: it may be interrupted for maintenance and its content changes.

9. Personal data

How your data is used is described in the privacy policy.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may change; the online version, dated at the top of this part, applies. They are governed by French law.
